SV	En Benhadad zond tot hem en zeide: De goden doen mij zo, en doen zo daartoe, indien het stof van Samaria genoeg zal zijn tot handvollen voor al het volk, dat mijn voetstappen volgt!
WLC	וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח אֵלָיו֙ בֶּן־הֲדַ֔ד וַיֹּ֕אמֶר כֹּֽה־יַעֲשׂ֥וּן לִ֛י אֱלֹהִ֖ים וְכֹ֣ה יֹוסִ֑פוּ אִם־יִשְׂפֹּק֙ עֲפַ֣ר שֹׁמְרֹ֔ון לִשְׁעָלִ֕ים לְכָל־הָעָ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר בְּרַגְלָֽי׃
Trans.	wayyišəl^aḥ ’ēlāyw ben-hăḏaḏ wayyō’mer kōh-y^a‘ăśûn lî ’ĕlōhîm wəḵōh ywōsifû ’im-yiśəpōq ‘ăfar šōmərwōn lišə‘ālîm ləḵāl-hā‘ām ’ăšer bəraḡəlāy:

AC	י וישלח אליו בן הדד ויאמר כה יעשון לי אלהים וכה יוספו אם ישפק עפר שמרון לשעלים לכל העם אשר ברגלי
ASV	And Ben-hadad sent unto him, and said, The gods do so unto me, and more also, if the dust of Samaria shall suffice for handfuls for all the people that follow me.
BE	Then Ben-hadad sent to him, saying, May the gods' punishment be on me if there is enough of the dust of Samaria for all the people at my feet to take some in their hands.
Darby	And Ben-Hadad sent to him and said, The gods do so to me, and more also, if the dust of Samaria shall suffice for handfuls for all the people that follow me!
ELB05	Da sandte Ben-Hadad zu ihm und ließ ihm sagen: So sollen mir die Götter tun und so hinzufügen, wenn der Staub von Samaria hinreichen soll für die hohlen Hände all des Volkes, das mir folgt!
LSG	Ben-Hadad envoya dire à Achab: Que les dieux me traitent dans toute leur rigueur, si la poussière de Samarie suffit pour remplir le creux de la main de tout le peuple qui me suit!
Sch	Da sandte Benhadad zu ihm und ließ ihm sagen: Die Götter sollen mir dies und das tun, wenn der Staub Samarias hinreicht, daß jeder vom Volk, das ich anführe, nur eine Handvoll davon nehme!
